ABOUT KINTSUGI SOLUTIONS
Building stronger businesses from the inside out
The challenges that accompany growth aren’t necessarily signs that something has gone wrong. Often, they’re signs that a business has outgrown the systems, structures and ways of working that brought it this far.
Kintsugi Solutions helps professional services firms address these Growth Fractures™ by bringing together financial, operational and commercial expertise – strengthening the foundations for their next stage of growth.
Experience that connects strategy with execution
Kintsugi Solutions was founded by Kevin Conners, an executive whose career spans finance, operations and commercial strategy. A former Chief Operating Officer with roots in public accounting at Arthur Andersen, Kevin holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is a former practicing CPA (inactive).
Kevin has helped businesses strengthen profitability, improve financial and operational performance, navigate complex commercial challenges, and build the infrastructure necessary for sustainable growth.
His approach combines the perspective of an executive with the hands-on orientation of an operator – working alongside leadership teams to turn strategic priorities into practical, measurable results.

Why Kintsugi?
Kintsugi is the centuries-old Japanese art of repairing broken pottery using lacquer and precious metals, often gold. Rather than concealing the fractures, the repairs become part of the object’s character and beauty.
We believe a similar principle applies to business. The financial, operational and organizational strains that accompany growth need not diminish an enterprise. Often, they signal that the business has outgrown the infrastructure that once served it well. Addressed thoughtfully, these Growth Fractures™ can become opportunities to strengthen the business and position it for an even more promising future.
